Meditations for World Peace – Live Streamed

Without first developing inner peace, world peace will remain impossible to achieve. We all have within us the potential for peace and happiness. Cultivating this potential creates the harmony we seek. Classes include clear teachings and guided meditations specially designed to bring the mind to a light, peaceful state.

Happiness is a joyful state of mind. In his teachings, Buddha explained all the different levels of joy and how to cultivate them. In this series of classes, teachers will share some simple techniques and practical advice on how to develop and protect your mind of joy. In this way you can learn to be happy all the time.

Based upon a poem called, Guide to the Bodhisattva's Way of Life, by a famous Buddhist master called Shantideva, the meditation classes will explain how we can conjoin our daily activities with positive attitudes and spiritual perspectives that transform our daily life into the spiritual path, the path to true happiness.
