Cultivating this potential creates the harmony we seek. Classes include clear teachings and guided meditations specially designed to bring the mind to a light, peaceful state.
Happiness is a joyful state of mind. In his teachings, Buddha explained all the different levels of joy and how to cultivate them. In this series of classes, teachers will share some simple techniques and practical advice on how to develop and protect your mind of joy. In this way you can learn to be happy all the time.
