Please note: Even though the Yoga of Buddha Heruka is a Tantric practice it is not necessary to have a Highest Yoga Tantric empowerment to attend this retreat. However, attendees should have a sincere wish to receive one in the near future in order to fully experience the profound benefits of these teachings.

This weekend meditation retreat will give people the opportunity to experience Tantric Meditation and in particular the Highest Yoga Tantra self-generation practices of Buddha Heruka. Tantra uses the power of our imagination and visualization to bring about the swiftest internal transformation. Through practicing Tantra we can eliminate the causes of all of our negative minds, and fully develop the positive qualities of mind needed to experience true happiness and to help those around us.

Each guided meditation session is broken up into several parts and includes basic settling meditation, teachings and instruction, and further guided meditation.

The video recordings of the retreat sessions will be available for 4 days after it is live streamed for all those who register. Audio recordings of the sessions will be available for purchase after the end of the retreat.

Teacher

This event is taught by Gen Namdrol. Gen Namdrol is an American Buddhist nun and Resident Teacher at Samudrabadra Kadampa Buddhist Center in Fort Myers. Kelsang Namdrol has been studying, practicing, and teaching Kadam Dharma for many years under the direction and guidance of Venerable Geshe Kelsang Gyatso. Kelsang Namdrol has many years of experience teaching both beginners and intermediate students. She brings a warm heart and joyful attitude to sharing Buddha's teachings and meditation.
