Description

The foundation of the Buddhist way of life is to go for refuge—to Buddha, to guide us along the spiritual path to enlightenment; to Dharma, (Buddha's teachings) to protect us from fear and suffering; and to Sangha, (those practicing Buddha's teachings) to inspire us, show a good example and to help us along the path to inner peace.

During this retreat, spend time developing the beautiful mind of refuge, fill your mind with inspiring blessings and discover how to free yourself from suffering and problems permanently. Each session lasts for an hour and a quarter and consists of teaching and guided meditations as well as chanted prayers are sung in English. You are welcome to attend any or all of the retreat sessions.
