The oral instructions of Mahamudra are a traditional series of meditations, motivated by compassion for others, that lead us to experience more subtle and peaceful states of mind. Practiced by millions of people over many generations, they guide us on a journey home, into our heart, where we can realize our very subtle mind, called the "clear light of bliss." Like the sun dispels darkness, the clear light of bliss has enormous power to dissolve away our deluded and negative ways of thinking.

Through Mahamudra meditation, in particular meditation on the channels and winds of our subtle body, we can manifest our clear light mind, experience its essential purity, and quickly develop great power to heal ourselves and others in the world.

Recommended material for this retreat: Oral Instructions of Mahamudra.

The video recordings of the retreat sessions will be available for 4 days after it is live streamed for all those who register. Audio recordings of the sessions will be available for purchase after the end of the retreat.
