Friday, September 18 7:00 pm – 8:30 pm
$15 / Free for Center Members
In this Friday Night Lecture we’ll look at how we can use Buddhist philosophy and meditation practice to let go of painful emotions. Our mind is like a blue sky, and our painful emotions are like clouds that obscure the peaceful nature of our own mind. Join us to learn practical techniques for discovering the peaceful nature of your own mind, authentically dissolving painful emotions and finding happiness from within.
