Do you find you constantly worry about things that you have no control over? Do you get trapped in the anxious thought pattern of "What if this happens? What if that happens?" If so, welcome to the Worrywart Club, 7 billion members strong!

Everyone experiences worry at some point in their lives, and it is often very debilitating, making us indecisive, and preventing us from enjoying life. In this Friday Night Lecture we will look at how to apply Buddhist philosophy and meditation to reduce feelings of worry and anxiety so that we can move from worrier to warrior and pave the way to freeing our mind from this painful habit.

When you register for this teaching you will be sent a link to a landing page where you can watch the Friday Night Lecture live streamed through YouTube. This link will become active 30 minutes prior to the start of the event. The video recording of this lecture will be available for 48 hours after it is live streamed for all those who register.

The Teacher

This course is taught by guest Resident Teacher Gen Kelsang Chodor. Gen Chodor is a western Buddhist Monk. Ordained in 2001, he is a close disciple of Venerable Geshe Kelsang Gyatso Rinpoche and has studied and practiced Buddhism for many years. He is much loved for his relaxed and gentle nature and teaches with great clarity, insight and wisdom, skillfully guiding people to inner peace and happiness in their lives.
