Please note: Even though this is a Tantric practice, it is not necessary to have a Highest Yoga Tantric empowerment to attend this retreat. However, attendees should have a sincere wish to receive one in the near future in order to fully experience the profound benefits of these teachings.

This day retreat offers the opportunity to experience Tantric Meditation and, in particular, the Highest Yoga Tantra self-generation practices of Buddha Heruka. Tantra uses the power of imagination and visualization to bring about incredibly swift internal transformation. Through practicing Tantra we can eliminate the causes of all of our negative minds and fully develop the positive qualities of mind needed to experience true happiness and to help those around us.

The Teacher

This course is taught by Resident Teacher Kadam Michelle Gauthier. Kadam Michelle is a disciple of Venerable Geshe Kelsang Gyatso Rinpoche, founder of the New Kadampa Tradition, and has been studying and practicing Buddhism for more than 25 years. She presents Buddha's teachings with beautiful clarity, warmth and sincerity, skillfully guiding people from all walks of life to find inner peace and lasting happiness.
