Kadampa Meditation Center Tampa Bay values the health and well-being of our community, volunteers and their families. Our main goal is to continue to provide a safe place of refuge for all visitors to our Temple. Success in this endeavor depends on all of us working together.

What we are doing for you

  • Providing alcohol based sanitizers for your hands
  • Providing alcohol based wipes for surfaces
  • Enhancing our cleaning and disinfecting routine throughout our building
  • Posting signs and sending out emails to inform everyone of precautionary measures we can all take

What you can do for us

  • Wash your hands often and well with soap and warm water for at least 20 seconds.
  • Reduce physical contact with others. It's OK to not hug or shake hands - consider an elbow greeting instead.
  • If you feel any symptoms, especially fever, dry cough or shortness of breath, please stay home.
  • Use disinfectant wipes – we are providing to wipe down frequently touched areas in the bathroom, like faucet handles, doorknobs, flush handle, cell phones, etc.
  • Alert us if you have been at the temple recently and experience symptoms or are diagnosed with COVID-19.
  • Meditate and dedicate for the health and well-being of others. By healing our own minds, we can heal the world
