Lunchtime Meditation

A perfect way to relax during a busy working day. So much of the stress and tension we normally experience comes from our mind, and many of the problems we experience, including ill health, are caused or aggravated by this stress. Just by doing breathing meditation for ten or fifteen minutes a day, we will be able to reduce this stress.
Time
Mondays, 12:00-12:30pm with Kelsang Chokyan

Class Price
$3 per class and $3 for lunch (or free for Center Sponsors). There is no need to pre-book – just turn up and pay at the class.
