This day course offers an inspiring introduction to the practice of mantra meditation with advice on how we can use recitation of mantras to improve our love, compassion and wisdom. Mantra meditation is something we can practice at any time and brings many powerful short and long term benefits to our life. It connects us with the good qualities of the enlightened mind and helps us to realise our highest potential.
Then learn the traditional Buddhist technique for making and using a mala. A mala is a string of beads used to count prayers or mantra recitations. For sincere practitioners, their mala is a very precious and meaningful object. During this making workshop, you’ll have a chance to create your very own personal mala. Everyone is welcome to attend.
